The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta was founded in 1988 in response to the lack of furniture resources for homeless people who secure housing. It is their hope to help make a house a home. They are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that is funded entirely by generous donations from the public. After our commercial roof repair team assessed the warehouse roof, it was found to be in extremely poor condition and needed to be completely removed along with the gypsum deck.
During the reroofing project, a new metal deck was installed as well as a fully tapered Johns Manville TPO roof system. TPO roofing systems combine both polypropylene (plastic) and ethylene-propylene (rubber) using state-of-the-art polymer manufacturing technology.
